Sometimes it can be hard to squeeze a workout and a healthy breakfast before work, and sometimes the last thing you want to do after taking care of your fitness is cook dinner when you get home. That's why Genetics Fitness is also the home of Chatz Cafe, an eatery located just near reception, and offers members and non-members the chance to sit down and relax either before or after a workout and grab a bite, or order something to go.
Chatz Café now has new operators. So why not stop for a coffee or a bite to eat before or after your class. Kristy and Liz also have meals ready for all you busy people to take home to enjoy later.
They also do two deliveries each day in the local area, one at 12 pm and one at 1 pm. Please order 30 minutes before each delivery for preparation time.
