Sometimes it can be hard to squeeze a workout and a healthy breakfast before work, and sometimes the last thing you want to do after taking care of your fitness is cook dinner when you get home. That's why Genetics Fitness is also the home of Chatz Cafe, an eatery located just near reception, and offers members and non-members the chance to sit down and relax either before or after a workout and grab a bite, or order something to go.

Chatz Café now has a new operators, Cahlee, Gary and Jo so why not stop for a coffee or a bite to eat before or after your class.
