When you enter Genetics Fitness you'll notice a flight of stairs leading upwards to the top floor. Climbing these stairs will raise your heartrate just a touch, but nothing compared to what will happen to your body when you join in on one of our popular Group Fitness classes!

The room is huge, and hosts a wide variety of classes for all ages and all fitness levels.

For example, there's Body Pump, a 45-60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.

Body Attack is a cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises.

Body Balance combines the best of eastern disciplines, like yoga and tai chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates.

And there's many more classes that cater for your fitness needs. Click on the class in the timetable below for a description on that particular class.
