All
memberships include a personalised program in the
gym or a weight-loss program, as well as the use of all
gym, hydra-circuit, group fitness classes, steam room, electronic
equipment such as treadmills and exercise bikes, and the
latest 'Cardio Theatre' video entertainment.
Timestops
Timestops are available on request for reasons such as injury,
illness or holidays. They are for a minimum of 7 days, so
there must be at least 7 days remaining on the membership.
Membership cards must be lodged at reception prior to timestop
commencing. Genetics Fitness management reserves the right
to accept or reject Timestops.
