Great for beginners who need a bit of a confidence-boost, there are both male and female Personal Trainers ready to take care of you.As well as providing individual attention, many of our Personal Trainers can also cater for groups of up to five people. Not only will this keep the costs down, but it is also a great way for a sporting team or business unit to achieve a bit of unity.

Some of our Personal Trainers can also help with injury and rehabilitiation.
